Nancy O'Neale - Executive Director


 As a licensed insurance professional, Nancy O'Neale knows the strengths and challenges of professional Christian women. She believes that when we network together, we can help to grow each other's businesses as well as inspire and motivate each other. Nancy O'Neale owns her own insurance agency. She is a member of the Ferndale Area Chamber of Commerce, MI Black Chamber of Commerce - Southfield Chapter, and an affiliate member of Oakland County Real Estate Brokers Association (OCREBA).

She earned a Master's degree in Communication from Wayne State University and a bachelor's degree in Journalism and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While at UW-Madison, she founded a women of color organization called Myriad. She also conducted a women's bible study her last year of college. Nancy has served in her church's children's ministry for over seven years.

Nancy has been an inspiration to many women and is now ready to share her experiences and learn from other members of the Women Who Inspire Organization.

Khristian Alexander - Advisory Board Member

Khristian Joy Alexander is Mrs. Michigan United States 2012, as she represents the contemporary married woman with grace, humility, and style! She was the recipient of the Mrs. Michigan America Community Service Award, and was featured in the CW50 article “Always Wear An Invisible Crown.” Through her platform, M.O.D.E.L. which stands for (Mentoring Others and Developing Equipped Lives) life and home skills are taught, gifting and talents are explored, and self-discovery is embraced. MODEL is designed for new moms and new wives; to share insights, experiences, and reveal the principles of truth through scripture in the “why’s and wherefores” of the roles of Godly women and mothers. In 2004, Khristian co-founded EBG, (Empowering Brilliant Generations). This organization is dedicated to empower women by hosting seminars, camps, and events designed to develop wholesome lives in "Business, Brilliance, and Beauty”. These customized workshops address a variety of subjects from self esteem, character development, etiquette, and HIV/AIDS Awareness.

Khristian attended Henry Ford Community College, in Dearborn Michigan, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and in Business Administration. Khristian is continuing on with her education, completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Walsh College in the summer of 2013, while also completing her certification in Fashion Styling at the Arts Institute of Michigan.

Linda Charter - President

Linda is married and has three sons and has five grandchildren: 4 boys and 1 girl. She has been an independent marketing executive with Melaleuca, The Wellness Company for 17 years. Linda has a passion for  teaching others how to live Green, and have the best health possible. She loves networking as a member of the Ferndale Area Chamber and helping others succeed. The purpose and the mission of Women who Inspire means a lot to her. Helping others and giving back are important to her. She continues to be very active in her community. 

Barbra Gentry Pugh - Vice President

Barbra is passionately and eternally devoted to the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ.  She is a conference speaker and Bible teacher with an unrelenting commitment to the expository teaching of the Word of God and the veracity of His Word. Barbra is the host of her show the Barbra Gentry Pugh Show, providing a wide range of information to assist in bringing balance and wholeness of the body, mind and spirit as well as to introducing and supporting Christian business and professional women entrepreneurs.  She is Founder and CEO of Heart Expressions Ministry, a ministry discipling women to lives expressing the heartbeat of God.  

Barbra has worked as a Registered Nurse for over 35 years.Barbra currently works as a Clinical Coordinator consulting / supporting individuals who dually diagnosed.  Barbra was married to the late Robert Pugh and has two children Anthony and Portia.
